In all my time of building teams of network marketers I have never seen the caliber of professionalism and dedication that Alicia Bausley exhibits. I do not say this lightly. 
I'm new to the world of network marketing, home businesses, MLMs, and when I decided to start a working at home I was quite surprised at what was out there. I wanted to write this for someone that has become my loving friend, my mentor, my go to person, someone that is ALWAYS there for me. Believe me; I have had a lot of questions for her on a daily basis since I started working my business. She never makes me feel like my questions are dumb or that she is too busy for
me. She is always eager to help. If she does not know the answer, she will find out for you. She makes it very easy to duplicate what she does because she sends anything I ask for. If I fail in SOC it will be because I quit, not because Alicia hasn't worked with me enough. I am lucky to be on her team.

Alicia Bausley. How can one describe such a gal? Think back a number of years ago . . . in a flashing twirl, who would save the day? Wonder woman. I think she was Alicia in disguise! Alicia has been so supportive, so patient, and so kind. I have grown to love her, not only as my upline but as a friend. Can you imagine taking someone under your wing who knew nothing about a MLM biz ( I met Alicia, just wanting to understand my own upline better, thus not be so embarrassed all the time). Barely able to fumble working a computer with what I call limited, stilted, computerse (it is a language is it not?) Alicia came alongside to lend a helping hand. Alicia is very knowledgeable, very supportive, always has a kind word or encouragement no matter what your dilemma happens to be (even when it’s your fault, such as not knowing where or what your password is). She allows you to grow at your own pace, with grace, and no guilt, I may add. The frosting on the cake is she has a rich warm silver bell kind of laugh….it will warm your soul. Thank you Alicia, I feel blessed to have providentially been chosen to be in your down line. I look forward to many successful years. You have been a great encouragement. When it came to home-base businesses I trusted no one simply because I didn't know anyone ALIVE who had success with it. So I stayed away from them. When I first started in network marketing, I had no idea what I was doing. All I know is that I saw the long-term benefits of what network marketing could provide me. What a better way to make a little extra money working from my home! At least that is what I thought until I actually got started. My so called home-based business was anything but home-based (weekly hotel meetings, monthly seminars, etc.) I was building my business everywhere but my home. That is what led me to look for a better alternative. That search is what eventually led me to Ann Sieg and ultimately to Alicia Bausley. is a great teacher, mentor, and leader to her team. She is always
willing
to take the time to help you when you need it. It is because of
the
training that Alicia has put together, I am now able to help others the
way she
has helped me. I have gone from the student to the teacher and I
was
honored when Alicia asked me to join her teaching team. Alicia is
extremely goal driven and has set some high goals not only for herself
but for
her entire team. I am extremely blessed to be part of that team.
I have had the privilege of having Alicia in my downline since Oct. 4, 2006. I refer to her as ‘a network marketing machine’. But she is even much more than that. She is a leader, professional, ethical, friendly, helpful, focused, determined, and oh my goodness, the list could go on. I checked back to some correspondence I have received from Alicia. Here are a few comments she shared: I own an engineering company and work at least 50 hours a week in that business and am very active in my church with committees. However, I am determined to make a success of a second business; I have done 75+ dials a week; these wonderful people I am meeting over the phone. When I first started thinking about having my own home-based business, it was to retire my husband in three years and provide my four adopted children the life I wanted for them.
